3 months ago I shared with you how I found my outsourcer and also provided you with tips on how easily you can do the same thing. Today I want to share with you how much my business changed since I started outsourcing my link building instead of doing it all myself.
I am sure you read quite a bit about outsourcing and why it is so important so i’m not going to bore you with all that is already obvious. All I will say is that when I decided it is time for me to start outsourcing my main thought was that I needed to stop link building since it just took too much of my time and to be honest with you, I really got a little tired of all the link building and when I get bored with something I tend to not do it or at least not put all my heart into it.
Not a good thing when I pretty much depend on SEO to make a living (which is also not a very good thing but I will leave that for another post).
So What Happened?
This happened:

The graph above is my income and expense graph for the year 2011. As you can see, it started with me making just as much as I was spending but it ended quite differently. Before you start asking, there is a reason why I don’t share the actual figure and that’s simply because the figures are not important to what I’m trying to show here.
I started outsourcing on August 2011 and as you can see, since than there is a really big improvement in my income while my expenses kept going down except for December, in which I simply bought more stuff, paid for the full year ahead and mainly for tax reasons.
The big spike you see in July is thanks to the launch of my WSO, Product Launch Domination Blueprint, and that is also the reason for the drop in August. WSO’s usually make most of the money in the first few days and mine wasn’t any different.
The graph doesn’t show what happened in January 2012 but I can say that I had another spike in income pretty much similar to the one you see in July and this time without any WSO
Just from doing what I was doing and thing are looking better every month.
What I’m Trying To Say?
Start outsourcing as soon as you can.
Don’t be afraid to invest the money into outsourcing because that is the only real way to see major growth in your business. When you are outsourcing the tedious, day to day tasks, you have much more free time to put into what really matters.
Outsourcing is much easier than what you might think and it is a hell of a lot easier than what all of those so called outsourcing “gurus” would like you to think. I confess that I was a little bit overwhelmed when I started thinking about outsourcing and finding a full time VA and that actually kept me from doing it for a few months.
But once I decided to just go and see what it is all about, it really turned out to be a very easy thing to do and I was able to find a VA that really helped me transform my online business. You can read all about the process I went through on my post, how I found my outsourcer.
Thanks.
To your success (and mine
),

Awesome post Dave and you are spot on. I use to do a lot of stuff myself and I find not only does it burn me out but I get bored very easily. So after outsourcing especially link building I see a lot of positive results in my online business. As it relates to earnings, it takes a while to see the increase as rankings doesn’t happen over night. But I am really with you with this post. Outsource most of the work and definitely your business will grow exponentially.

Thanks Casey and happy birthday man
I don’t have much experience because I outsource only content creation
Your earning graph inspires me so I have to find a VA now hehe

very useful post
but can we know your income exactly in numbers
All I will say for now is that it is in the high 4 figures and hopefully will break into 5 figures soon
Impressive stats, D.
I too started have someone who’s doing AMR and ALN and another one who writes contents for me for backlinks.. I have them for over 6 months now but I have not seen any significant change on my income..
Anyway, at least now I have free time to do other things than chasing for backlinks or doing submissions and stuff.

Hey Dror,
Most of your reviews posts are not ranking well on google you must be concentrating on other niches apart from IM like me
Jawad
Hi Jawad, not sure if you were joking with your comment or not…
No man I am serious. I checked your top review posts ranking and mostly were not on first page of google. Might be I would be checking in my local google.
I nice to know you have outsourced your off page seo. I also used to do it myself but only after few months I was really full off all the shit of submitting articles etc and was really not able to concentrate on my sites quality.
I am lucky enough to get 2 workers for about $100 each who work 5 hours per day for me. This allowed me to launch new sites on permanent basis. Now I am looking for someone who can write reviews for my amazon sites and other general posts on different sites. I have tried more than 5 persons for this but it was just a waste of time. Hope I can get someone for this part as well.
After your comment I took the time to check my rankings and I did got hit in many of them. Strange coincidence you commented about it on the exact day it happened
I just got an email yesterday from a fried congratulating me on my great rankings since she said she could find my site on many IM related keywords.
I have a hunch what caused the drop and I am checking it now hoping to see I am right. I will probably update on that in the coming week or two.
Outsourcing out reviews is a problem since you really need someone that can provide quality writing services and as you mentioned, that is not something you find easily. If you keep looking I am sure you will find what you are looking for.
