Why Ask For a Refund?
First, I want to cover the issue of why even ask for a refund. For me this is obvious as if a product doesn’t deliver what the sales page promised (and most IM related Clickbank products have this problem) than there is no reason not to ask a refund.

How To Get Your Refund?

It turns out you can do this in two ways. Both are simple and the one I always used is show below but there is an even simpler method that I only found out about lately thanks to a good friend that read my post and decided to share it with me.
All you need to do in order to get a refund from Clickbank is to simply forward your Clickbank Receipt email that you got to this email address: refunds@clickbank.com.
That is it. Just forward your Clickbank Receipt email to refunds@clickbank.com and you will get your refund within 24-48 hours. It really doesn’t get any easier than that.
This is a very simple process and you don’t need to contact the product vendor and you don’t need to hope that your emails will get answered. It is an automated simple process and I will show you exactly how to go ahead and do it.
Clickbank Receipt
For every purchase you make on Clickbank you will receive and Clickbank Receipt to your email. This email will have the following subject:
Receipt for your ClickBank Order #????????
The only thing that will change is the order #. Simply find that email and open it. It will be divided into 4 main sections:
- PURCHASE INFORMATION
- PAYMENT DETAILS
- TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- CUSTOMER SERVICE
The section that will take care of your refund is the CUSTOMER SERVICE section so just scroll down to it. It will look like this:

Clickbank Order Detail
After you click on the link you will be directed to Clickbank Order Detail screen looking like this:

All you need to do know is click on “Get Support” and you will see the following screen:

Simply follow this steps:
- What Problems Are You Having? – Select more options… from the dropdown menu and then you will the refund request appear.
- Type – Select the Refund Request
- Reason – Select any reason that applies but know that you don’t really need to provide any explanation.
- Additional Comments – If you feel you want to provide some additional comments feel free.
- Click Send
Ticket Confirmation
After you click send you will see the following screen:

This is it. Your refund request was submitted and you will get your refund within 48 hours. You will also receive an email confirming that you opened a refund request.

- Open the Clickbank Receipt email
- Scroll to the CUSTOMER SERVICE section and click on the link
- Click on GET SUPPORT
- Choose more options… from the dropdown menu
- Mark Refund Request
- Choose a reason

What is Stopping You From Requesting a Refund?
As you can see, asking for a refund on a Clickbank product is very simple and easy process once you know how to do it.

thank you for that great info on getting a refund from Clickbank i hope many persons read this important info for far too long we have been fooled by these so called gurus who tell you that u get 30 days guarantee if you are not pleased with the product well i now know better that its a click bank policy. Those gurus only cares about grabbing your money.

Thanks for the information. I am looking for the way I can ask refund for clickbank product. Many IM products doesn’t deliver the product as they have promised in sales letter.

Thanks for the information.What I’ve found is that when the refund request is submitted, clickbank allows the seller to change the request fron refund to tech.support.This frustrates the process and ultimately leads to abandoning the entire refund request.So Clickbank is in concert with the seller to frustrate the customer.Anyone had this experience?. I received a letter from click bank that they refunded my card. however, as I checked my bank account. I have not received it yet. It is more than 72 hrs already and still waiting.
Same here, ulysses. I got the email confirmation saying that i have been successfully refunded, but no change in my bank account. Anybody want to explain and get this off our shoulders? This has happened with two products. I have been waiting a week for one of them, and a day for the other.
This is good to hear for the future. I have bought a few things through ClickBank iver the years with no problem. But I got caught out on something last year. I was conned good and proper and I did nothing about it. I did nothing about it because it was for a gambling system and I felt stupid to let anybody know I had bougt it. In retrospect I think this might be the reason a lot of people say nothing – and the seller knows it!
