It is pretty much a fact that profile links from high PR forums carry a lot of weight and can make a big impact on your rankings.
If you used any of the profile link packets that are available around the web than you will probably go crazy with the SEnuke profile nuke. Only after you spend so much time creating these links manually you can truly appreciate the automation SEnuke brings to this link building method.
But, going crazy with the profile nuke is not smart and will eventually only cause you to waste time and too many captcha credits.
Before you even start using this module you should already have some method ready for getting these links indexed. Profile links take a long time to get indexed naturally and even when they do, only a very small percentage will actually get indexed.

One of the reasons many make use of the profile nuke is that it is very easy and simple to use. There is no need for any articles and too much spinning as you would need in the social network / article directory nuke.
All you need is to enter an email address and I first download a pre created hotmail address from the Web 2.0 account creation module and use that for the web 2.0 profile nuke. Be sure to first check that the email address you download is active and you can do so by simply going to the email verification and simply start verifying emails. Once you hear that the email verification is complete than the email address is active and you can use it.

Enter a username and make sure to spin it is much as you can. You should read my Web 2.0 Account Creation Module and learn how to create ultra spinnable usernames that will increase you submission success rate.
After that you will simply enter a password that you can generate from the Account Creation module.
Select all the sites and let the profile nuke run. The profile nuke takes the longest to complete as it goes through almost 400 sites so I usually run it at night or when I know I will be away from the computer for a long period of time. You can still use the computer while the profile nuke is running in the background if you have a strong computer but I simply like to let it run while I am away.
It is always great to come back to the computer and see that 250-300 accounts have been successfully created

When I am posting content I don’t leave the about me section black. I know that many do and they are getting good results so I don’t know if it is a must. In any case, if you do decide to write something, than make sure it to spin it as much as you can (you can use the best spinner for this) and also make sure that it is very short (5-10 words).
I usually create 2-3 links and spin the anchor text with 2-3 variations.
